Today we would like you to think about how you manage and prioritise different tasks or jobs for your work.

Again with a short video or voice message, start by describing some of the tasks you do during the week.

In doing so please mention:

  • Who sets the tasks for you, is it yourself or your manager?
  • How do you track the progress of your tasks and how do you know when a task is complete?
  • How do you know which tasks are more important than others?

Secondly, in an ideal world:

  • Which tasks would you automate (e.g. by using Artificial Intelligence)
  • Which tasks would you delegate to others?
  • What would you do with the time that this frees up?
